Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will address any issues related to faulty or damaged products.

 

Policy Details:

1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds as our products are hand-crafted.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products: In the rare event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will provide a refund or replacement.

3. Reporting Issues: Any issues with faulty or damaged products must be reported within 30 days from the date of delivery.

4. Proof of Damage: To process your claim, please provide photographic proof of the damage or fault.

5. Processing Refunds/Replacements: Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement product within 5-7 days.
